Who this policy covers

This policy applies to Prime Review and AdOps Launchpad, both operated by Media Is Our Life Limited ("we", "us"). It explains how we handle personal information you give us through the enquiry form on the course page.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect the details you enter: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and any message you choose to add.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: so an onboarding specialist can review your request and get in touch to build a course plan around you — covering coaching hours, pace, add-ons, templates and support. We do not use this information for anything else.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry details for up to 365 days from submission, after which they are deleted unless you have since become a customer, in which case ordinary business record-keeping applies.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with advertisers. Pages on this site load fonts and interface scripts from third-party CDNs (Google Fonts and jsDelivr) as described in our Cookies Policy; submitting the enquiry form does not send your details to those providers.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to our registered office address below or using our Contact page.
